 Simple test program compiled with the stage2 compiler (with `-O2
 -dyanmic`):

 {{{
 import System.Environment
 import System.IO
 main :: IO ()
 main = do
     args <- getArgs
     putStrLn "GHC package manager version 1.2.3"
     if null args
         then return ()
         else hFlush stdout
 }}}

 Running as `./testprog > a.txt ; cat a.txt` produces the expected and
 correct output whereas `./testprog X > a.txt ; cat a.txt` produces
 nothing.
