Compiling singletons-1.0 with HEAD failes with ... Just remove the `MINIMAL` pragma.
Maybe cabal version (1.20.0.3) is relevant?
It looks like my version is identical: {{{ $ cabal --version cabal-install version 1.20.0.3 using version 1.20.0.2 of the Cabal library }}} I see you're using cabal sandbox.
