Thanks for the bug report. However, this site is intended for bugs in GHC itself, not Haddock bugs. I encourage you to open an issue at https://github.com/haskell/haddock/issues instead.
I think that it should be reported to the one who generates the documentation. Does Haddock maintainer generate documentation ?
