I saw the list of dependencies on the [http://hackage.haskell.org/package/codeworld-api-0.2.1.0 Hackage page] and mistakenly assumed that `ghcjs-base` was a mandatory dependency (when in reality, it's an optional dependency guarded behind a `.cabal` flag).
