 `-fwarn-incomplete-patterns` doensn't seem to generate any warnings when
 `-fno-code` is specified.

 To reproduce, save this module as `foo.hs`.

 module Foo where
 foo True = 4
 }}}

 and compile with `-fwarn-incomplete-patterns`, with and without `-fno-
 code`.
