 Here's the current definition of `TypeRep`:

 data TypeRep = TypeRep {-# UNPACK #-} !Fingerprint TyCon [TypeRep]

 data TyCon = TyCon {
    tyConHash    :: {-# UNPACK #-} !Fingerprint,
    tyConPackage :: String,
    tyConModule  :: String,
    tyConName    :: String
  }
 }}}

 Could we perhaps add a `tyConKind :: TypeRep` to `TyCon`, and make sure
 that it is used when computing the hash?
