The places I'd start would be (distinct alternatives) * Try a `cheapEqType`, so we get something in between `isReflCo` (dirt cheap) and `isReflexiveCo` (which uses `eqType`, can be expensive). * Take a regression and see what the (presumably) bigger coercion look like.
