There's a special case for {{{ x :: Addr# x = "flbha"# }}} which is allowed. But here we have {{{ str_s2UI = srcData.Fixed.hs:78:31-39 "MkFixed"# }}} One of two things should be true: * That is bad, and we should not allow it. In which case whichever code is generating it needs to be fixed. * That is ok, and Lint should accept it. I'm not sure which, because I'm not sure of the semantics of `src<blah>` ticks.
