For example, fmap over UniqSet will generally produce nonsense. Upgrade UniqSet from a type synonym to a newtype. Remove unused and shady extendVarSet_C and addOneToUniqSet_C. Use cached unique in tyConsOfType by replacing unitNameEnv (tyConName tc) tc with unitUniqSet tc.
