However, the tick remains in the unfolding
* Why? If it is dropped in the RHS why isn't it dropped in the unfolding too? At the risk of stating the obvious, because the tick is around a `Case`, not a `Var`.
* Also, when that unfolding is later inlined at a call site, why isn't
