Ditto `dataToTag#`. * ToDo: (maybe) make `exprOkForSpeculation` more lenient for lazy primpops. * ToDo: make worker/wrapper produce eval'd flags on the wrapper for CPR. Will silence the Lint error in comment:17 There is no actual bug here, if you have Lint off.
