I'll probably have that done by the end of the day. I'll likely need a bit of help to get the user interface sorted. I'm not sure how that should look. Maybe a separate `-frecompile-for-opt-level-change`? By the way, as far as I can tell, we ''don't'' track changes in ''individual'' optimization flags, like `-ffull-laziness`.
