So, I guess it has been established that `HasCallStack` cannot be replaced with `-prof` and that it has independent utility, right?
`HasCallStack` definitely has independent utility, yes. The question Ben is raising is whether this proposed flag to add `HasCallStack` constraints throughout a module has independent utility.
