If I understand correctly, `-fno-safe-haskell` works on the depender side and here we want to get the original `SafeHaskellMode` in the dependee side. So this will be something like `Sf_PluginUnsafe SafeHaskellMode` instead and it will definitely unblock me. Alternatively, how about an explicit flag (`-fplugin-safe-ignore`?) that will turn off `mark_plugin_unsafe`? As an explicit flag is passed, we assume users have clear idea what they are doing. Let me know what do you think.
