It can't link MS-created 64-bit import libraries properly. The bug was fixed in latest MSys2 binutils distribution: http://repo.msys2.org/mingw/x86_64/mingw-w64-x86_64-binutils-2.25.1-1-any.pk.... Note that the bugfix was not in vanilla 2.25.1.
