However, this is behaving as expected. By default GHC (and the GHC API) will compile the 'vanilla' way, but ghci (and TH, quasi-quotes, etc) need dependencies to be compiled with the 'dynamic' way. `doDynamicToo` does happen to set the way to 'dynamic', but that's not what it's intended to be used for.
