would be better to force the types when we take them out of the SimplCont and put them into the actual program?
Yes for the type in the `Stop` continuation; but I think no for the types in `ApplyToTy` continuation, which will certainly be used. I'd force the latter on the way in; but the former only on the way out in `contResultType`.
