It's just that we'll only produce it if it's actually needed! More specifically, we will produce 7.10.3 if (but only if) * there is a significant body of users * for whom 7.10.2 simply doesn't work * and there is no decent workaround they can use * and for which we can be reasonably sure that the fix isn't going to break anything else (necessitating 7.10.4 to mitigate).
