 Fix Show derivation in the presence of RebindableSyntax/OverloadedStrings

 Summary:
 To fix this issue, we simply disable `RebindableSyntax` whenever we rename
 the code generated from a deriving clause.

 Fixes #12688.

 Test Plan: make test TEST=T12688
