 Summary:
 This adds zero-initialising versions of `malloc{,Bytes,Array,Array0}`

  * Add `calloc` and `callocBytes` to `Foreign.Marshal.Alloc`.
  * Add `callocArray` and `callocArray0` to `Foreign.Marshal.Array`.
