 prof: Fix heap census for large ARR_WORDS (#11627)

 The heap census now handles large ARR_WORDS objects which have
 been shrunk by shrinkMutableByteArray# or resizeMutableByteArray#.

 Test Plan: ./validate && make test WAY=profasm
