 Ditto. I imagine `WildcardT` added to the
 `Language.Haskell.TH.Syntax.Type`, though I have no idea of exact volume
 of needed work. Looking at
 [https://github.com/ghc/ghc/blob/master/libraries/template-
 haskell/Language/Haskell/TH/Syntax.hs#L1465], this is unresolved in HEAD,
 too.
