WorkingConventions/Repositories still duplicates some information but that's not a big problem since neither Repositories nor Repositories/Upstream link to it. Perhaps it would be good to give a short explanation about darcs mirrors? They are in the diagram in Repositories/Upstream. I think there was some explanation on the previous version of these pages.
