More spam problems on trac

It seems the new thing for spammers to do is to add spam text wrapped in the <p style=display:none> tag. For example, http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/WikiStart?action=diff&version=106 I don't know if anyone else has noticed this. Maybe it's time to require captchas for account creation or something?
