I just tried using this flag.  Result: GHC 6.2.2 doesn't recognize
it. :-(
That switch was added in 6.4.  In 6.2 and earlier, there's no way to
turn off full-laziness other than -Onot, as far as I'm aware.
And, again, where is this switch documented?  What are the exact implications 
of using it?
