If so, does applying the patch below and putting: EXTRA_CABAL_CONFIGURE_FLAGS = --extra-include-dirs=/some/path --extra-lib-dirs=/some/other/path (where /some/path and /some/other/path are the paths to the iconv header and library respectively) in mk/build.mk before you start the build work?
