2. Table of contents in the manual contains ?? instead of page numbers as though TeX was not run enough times during build.
I'm interested that you got to read the manual; the link from the Start menu doesn't work here! I'll look into this problem before uploading a new version of the InstallShield.
I just opened ghc-5.02/doc/set.pdf manually; the link from Start menu doesn't work for me too. -- With regards, Roman.
