I finally got round to doing some Fedora test https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=40008521 builds https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=40009471. LGTM so far, though only tested lightly.

I will be pushing this to the Fedora ghc:8.8 module testing stream soon.
