Since you mention readline - I have a rather tiny nit to pick: ghci happily completes filenames starting with ~ (indicating home directory), but file operations typically don't grok it. As I said, hardly an earth shattering show stopper, but a small wart that might be easy to remove? -kzm -- If I haven't seen further, it is by standing in the footprints of giants
