I've just uploaded a better Windows InstallShield for GHC that fixes a problem with the last one, but more importantly, hides the Cygwin binaries it installs in ghc-4.08.2/extra-bin, so that they do not interfere with, and are not intefered with by, any installation of Cygwin you may have on your system.
