Getting segmentation fault on stack/cabal -any command, including stack --install-ghc, On windows.

Hello. After searching around I can't find people with a similar issue (Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places?). I installed Haskell platform 8.2.1, using Stack 1.5.1, Cabal 2.0.0.0. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update( This issue was also occurring pre FCU).
