Hello! I am trying to compile GHC 6 on an Atlhon 1700+ running Red Hat 9 and using GHC 6, installed from the .rpm that is available in the GHC web page... After compiling for a long time I get this message: xargs: /usr/bin/ar: terminated by signal 9 make[2]: *** [libHSbase.a] Error 125 make[2]: *** Deleting file `libHSbase.a' make[1]: *** [all] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/dubois/BUILDS/ghc6/libraries' make: *** [build] Error 1 Do you know what is wrong here?
