Yet another improvement to the GHC 4.08.1 InstallShield. Thanks to Christian Lescher and Sigbjorn Finne, various bugs have been fixed to do with DLL building, so both static DLLs (where all the haskell stuff is linked in) and dynamic DLLs (where the DLL you build is dependent on the GHC DLLs) work rather better.
