ghc-pkg: can't unregister - not found - describe works?

What does happen here? ghc-pkg-wrapper is just a simple script defining GHC_PACKAGE_PATH

The wx package is in your 'user' package db rather than in the 'global' one. All ghc-pkg operations operate on the global one by default, use the --user flag to operate on the user db: $ ghc-pkg --user unregister wx $ ghc-pkg --user unregister wxcore Duncan
