ghc-6.2.1 works fine, but unregisterised. That means it's pretty slow, and the code it generates isn't any faster, of course.
Debian packages are available, a gentoo ebuild is in bugzilla, OpenBSD ports/packages are available too.
And if I ever get an amd64 box here, I'll finish the registerised port. It shouldn't be too hard, now that we have a working version of gcc. A fun task for someone would be to port the new native code generator to amd64... any takers? Cheers, Simon
