It's probably on your end one way or another - I just /joined fine. Are you having problems with other freenode chans such as #haskell? -- flippa@flippac.org A problem that's all in your head is still a problem. Brain damage is but one form of mind damage.

Yes, the problem seems independent of channel, and yes, the disconnections come so quickly that I assume the attempts aren't even recorded in the rooms. mibbit.com 's javascript client was the third client I tried today, and that one finally worked.
