It works if you put an extra slash on the end, ie. http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ hackage.haskell.org is currently transitioning to a new server, and the GHC Trac has already moved over but requests have to be proxied through the old server. Ian set all this up, so I assume he only set up proxying for URLs beginning http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/. Ian? You may have noticed that we're now on Trac 0.11 thanks to the migration.
