
I have tested it a long time ago. It worked fine.
However, when I need to use darcs on Windows 7 now, I just use the CLI, I
don't really need more.

Yes, darcs is a command line program.
There is a GUI for windows, but I have no idea whether it's good or not: http://tortoisedarcs.sourceforge.net/
