It's Algol all over again! Will we have to typeset our keywords in bold too?
There are in fact Unicode symbols for that, see http://unicode.org/charts/PDF/U1D400.pdf The monospace characters U+1D670-1D6A3 might be used for keywords. Font: http://www.stixfonts.org/ Not hard to add. Hans
