[Haskell-cafe] [Haskell] [ANNOUNCE] Haskell Language Server 2.0.0.0 released

Binaries for this release are available at https://downloads.haskell.org/~hls/haskell-language-server-2.0.0.0/. These binaries can be installed using [GHCup](https://www.haskell.org/ghcup/) or the Haskell VSCode extension.
