[Haskell-cafe] ANNOUNCE: text 0.2, fast and comprehensive Unicode support using stream fusion

I'm pleased to announce the availability of text 0.2, an efficient Unicode text library that uses stream fusion. New and notable in this release is support for lazy, chunked text, so you can process text files far larger than memory using a small footprint.
