We are willing to follow the advice of the s/Stack team on this matter, but even its own documentation is ambiguous on the capitalization:

I’m inclined to agree about the capitalization just because “stack” (lowercase) already has a meaning and it could be confusing.

That rationale makes sense to me. Practicality dictates that this issue is more likely to be resolved if someone opens an issue about it (or better yet, submits a PR).
