Same here. I've just played around and found that the following helps: :let b:lhs_markup="none" :e

Now to figure out how to make that happen all the time (and how to make vim automatically do syntax highlighting instead of having to manually turn it on each time I run it), then I'm back on track to regressing about 20 years of editor use. :( -- Michael T.
