It doesn't seem to do this anymore for parsec. The preferred-versions now look like this:
base < 4 cabal-install < 0.10 network < 2.2.3 || >= 2.2.4
Or am I looking at the wrong thing?
Oh, interesting. I think you're looking at the right thing. I haven't checked it since cabal-install-0.10 came out (I have the hardest time finding that url...). --Rogan
