[Haskell-cafe] haskell-src-exts - no more releases

Hi all, I have decided that I am not going to do any more releases of `haskell-src-exts`. (https://github.com/haskell-suite/haskell-src-exts) If anyone wants to become the maintainer then I will gladly transfer rights to the repo. I advise anyone who wants to parse Haskell programs to use the GHC API, specifically you can use `ghc-lib-parser`. https://hackage.haskell.org/package/ghc-lib-parser Cheers, Matt
