Yes, indeed. ... and personally, I *don't* necessarily think that an -X<whatever> flag is the solution. I think something along the lines of "gofix" (see https://golang.org/cmd/fix/) could actually do the second part of this transition, if we want to drop the "qualified" bit and the consequences are unambiguous in 20x5.
