[Haskell-cafe] Computer time, independent of date

Hi, I'm writing a program where I need to know elapsed times between some events, but I can't depende on Data.Time since ntpd or user can change that while my program is running. Is there an alternative? Something like how much time has passed since the program has started would be great. Thanks, Maurício
