I can't reproduce this. Can you please tell us what platform you are on (e.g. x86_64 Linux) and what gcc --version says? Also, where did your GHC come from, e.g. bindists from the download page, self-compiled? Also, as Christian says, it's best to file a bug report so that the problem doesn't get forgotten about.
