[Haskell-cafe] ANN: hmep -- genetic multi expression programming package

Dear Haskell community, I am delighted to contribute a new package for the first time. Today, I am happy to announce `hmep` http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hmep/ bringing Multi Expression Programming to Haskell. Multi Expression Programming is a genetic programming variant encoding multiple solutions in the same chromosome. A chromosome is a computer program. Each gene is featuring code reuse.
