The bug was acknowledged but never addressed. I think, it's Ben who wanted to act on that but he got swamped by the GitLab migration.

I found a typo [in the download page of GHC][1]: the "Current Stable Release" section must be "8.6.3" instead of "8.6.2"! So I want to file an issue for the repository or sending a patch via pull request or merge request.
